Paradise Valley Grill offers seasonal specials using local ingredients Thursday through Sunday. 

In April you might find Spring Lamb Tenderloin Skewers with Mint Yogurt or B-Bar Ranch Beet Gazpacho with Crème Fraiche, Caramelized Fennel and Minced Egg. 

Starting June the B-Bar Ranch supplies PVG with an amazing array of Heirloom Tomatoes and Cucumbers for a fresh Panzanella Salad. 

Come fall you might see a Smoked Paprika rubbed Pork loin from Miller Farms paired with a puree of Butternut Squash and braised Swiss Chard from Twilight Harvest.  Look out for our weekly specials on Facebook or posted on this website.
